Thoseghar is one of the lesser-known waterfall gems in Maharashtra, hidden close to the village of Thoseghar, which is some 20 km from Satara. Come monsoon and this waterfall turns all gorgeous and lush. The prime feature of this waterfall is that it is surrounded by thick forest. Falling from a height of about 200 m, this waterfall is a sight to behold! Monsoon is the best time to witness the falls in their full glory, making it a photographer’s delight.
