Nikitin Dheer, Anshuman Malhotra unveil Nagarjuna’s first look

Nagarjuna - Ek Yoddha derives its storyline from Mahabharata. Not many know that the Naagas played a very important role at various junctures in the Mahabharata. The plot of Nagarjuna…Ek Yoddha revolves around Arjun. A war started between Prithvi lok and Naag lok when Arjun burnt down the forests of Khandava-prastha and destroyed the snake king Takshaka’s family and kingdom. The show's first look was launched in Mumbai on May 24.

Nikitin Dheer: The very handsome Nikitin Dheer will be playing an unusual anti-hero character in the show. He became a household name after portraying the role of Tangabali in hit Chennai Express.

Manasa Devi: Kishori Shahane will play the role of Manasa Devi. She is an eminent classical and folk dancer. She has done a lot of Marathi films. Also, produced a film about the life of 'Shirdi ke Sai Baba'.

Arjun: The show will feature talented star cast like Anshuman Malhotra, who will be seen playing the protagonist Arjun. Arjun is the boy next door, who is happily surrounded by a loving family, some loyal friends and a budding romance. Little does he know, that a secret from Mahabharat time is going to shake up his world and put him at the center of a mythological conspiracy.

Noorie: Pooja Banerjee will be seen essaying the role of Noorie. Pooja was first seen on the MTV Indian reality show Roadies season 8. She has also represented Maharashtra at the national level swimming tournaments.
