Sluishuis is among the most prominent residential projects in the last 10 years. This striking residential apartment complex is built over the water of the IJ lake in Amsterdam. The apartment is designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) along with Barcode Architects. It’s a modern engineering structure which looks like it’s floating over the water. Extremely dramatic! There are 442 apartments in the building with different typologies.

The Octagon was completed in 2025 and it soon became one of the most talked-about buildings in the world. This 49-storey residential tower is designed by Glenn Howells Architects and is also the world’s first pure octagonal skyscraper. At 155 metres tall, the tower stands as a milestone in high-density urban living.

The Pinnacle in Singapore is a famous high-rise residential building. It is a connected series of seven towers which have 50 storeys. Habitat 67 has been a star in the world of real estate. This project changed the meaning of modular residential design.
