Asian Games 2023 Live: Indian javelin throwers -- Neeraj Chopra and Kishore Jena produced a commanding performance to walk away with a gold and silver as Indian athletes continued their sensational run, claiming seven medals in the athletics competition at the Asian Games on Wednesday. Indian quartet of Anas Muhammed Yahiya, Amoj Jacob, Muhammed Ajmal Variyathodi and Rajesh Ramesh sealed the gold for India in the men's 4x400m relay with a timing of 3:01.58 while Indian quartet of Vithya Ramraj, Aishwarya Mishra, Prachi and Subha Venkatesan also claimed a silver in women's 4x400m relay. Tokyo Olympic medallist boxer Lovlina Borgohain was out-punched in the lop-sided final to settle for a silver while Parveen Hooda signed off with a bronze medal at the Asian Games. Borgohain, the reigning world Asian champion, was thrashed by home favourite and two-time Olympic medallist Li Qian in the 75kg final. With Borgohain's loss, India's campaign came to an end. The country's boxers thus signed off with five medals including one silver and four bronze.
