Arshad Khan to Jake Fraser-McGurk, WIDE! Oops! He will have to reload that one again! Down leg again, swinging further away. Wided.
Arshad Khan to Jake Fraser-McGurk, WIDE! Starts off spraying it down leg, on a length, Jake Fraser-McGurk misses out to flick and the ball, with a good carry, flies back to Quinton de Kock who grabs it over the chest level.
The bell has been rung at the Arun Jaitley Stadium! We can see the two umpires walk out to the middle followed by the Lucknow players who spread out to take their respective field positions. Jake Fraser-McGurk and Abishek Porel are the two openers for Delhi. Arshad Khan has the new ball in hand and is raring to go. Let's play...
Rishabh Pant, the captain of Delhi says that they would have batted first anyways. Adds that they will look to score as much as possible and give a big target to the away team. Tells that in the last game, if they didn't lose that many wickets they would have chased the target but it is difficult to judge from the outside. Mentions that the fielding has been a concern throughout the season and dropping that many catches can cost any game. Praises Jake Fraser-McGurk and says that his fearless attitude has impressed him and as a captain, you want that in this format. Informs they have made a couple of changes as he himself comes back in and Gulbadin Naib replaces David Warner.
KL Rahul, the skipper of Lucknow wins the toss and elects to bowl first. He says it's how their team is placed and feels that bowling first has helped their team. Adds that they have experienced batters in the side and says they need to win both their remaining games. Says they have made some mistakes in the past few games, and it's just that they need to be brave enough with the bat and ball. Adds it's about coming out and figuring out what's the best for the team. Further adds that as a bowling unit, you need to stick to good lines and lengths and be brave in trying out variations. Informs Yudhvir Singh and Arshad Khan come into the side.

We would have batted first. There are a lot of things going on but you can only focus on winning the game. If you had not lost too many wickets we would have won that game, but easier to say that from sitting out. That is a concern throughout the season but as a captain you can ask the players to give their best and they are doing that. We have two changes - myself and Naib come in, Warner misses out.
We will bowl first. It is because of how our team is placed and what will help our team. We are a young bowling attack and get them into the game early, we have experienced batters and they can take the pressure. It is pretty clear for us, we have to win both games. The last two games we have not been up to the mark and have been blasted out of the game. The bowlers have to be brave, as a bowling unit you might fear using change ups but they have to do just back themselves. Couple of changes.
TOSS - The coin lands in favour of KL Rahul and Lucknow have elected to BOWL first.
It is a small and high-scoring ground. To the one side 60 meters and slightly bigger 66 meters on the other. There is a bit of breeze as well blowing across the ground. This pitch no. 6 and it is a high-scoring pitch. The length ball flies out of the ground. The average score is over 250 runs. But we have to see since it is reused will it be the same. There's a bit of sheen and it is more of the same. Batting first has helped over here.
