A brief 46-run second-wicket stand between Rifat Beg and Azizul Hakim Tamim was the only notable partnership. After Farhan Ahmed broke this stand, a middle-order collapse ensued. Despite late resistance from Md Abdullah and Shahriar Ahmed, a disciplined and relentless England bowling attack, led by Sebastian Morgan, Manny Lumsden, and Ralphie Albert, ensured Bangladesh never posted a competitive total.

Bangladesh's bowlers fought hard but fell short - Despite defending a meagre 136, the Bangladesh bowlers put in a valiant effort and managed to rattle England's top order early on. Their hopes were quickly diminished, however, by the aggressive counter-attack launched by England's skipper, Rew, which swiftly took the game away from them. Among the bowlers, only Al Fahad and Samiun Basir Ratul found success. Fahad claimed two of England's wickets, while Samiun took one. The rest of the teammates went wicketless despite their commendable effort.

Rew leads the charge - England's pursuit of 137 saw a couple of early wickets fall, but at no point did the team look threatened in the face of the low total posted by Bangladesh. Joe Moores had a short stay at the crease, dismissed in the same over he was given a life. Ben Dawkins showed promise with a fluent start before falling for 27.
