India, who secured their third Champions Trophy title with a four-wicket win, saw several key performers rise in the rankings. Shubman Gill continues to sit comfortably at the top of the ODI batter charts after another strong showing throughout the tournament.

Veteran skipper Rohit Sharma, named Player of the Match for his fluent 76 in the final, jumped two places to third. Virat Kohli, who amassed 218 runs during the tournament, also held firm in the top five, currently ranked fifth.

New Zealand’s top-order trio made noticeable progress as well. Daryl Mitchell climbed one spot to sixth, while Rachin Ravindra surged 14 places to 14th after a string of consistent performances. Glenn Phillips also broke into the top 25, now sitting at 24th after jumping six places.

On the bowling front, the most significant rise came from New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner. The left-arm spinner, who bagged nine wickets in the tournament — including two in the final — moved up six positions to second in the ODI bowling rankings, just behind Sri Lanka’s Maheesh Theekshana.

Fellow Kiwi Michael Bracewell also made gains, leaping 10 spots to reach 18th.

India’s spin duo also made their mark. Kuldeep Yadav, with seven wickets to his name during the campaign, moved up three spots to third. Ravindra Jadeja, whose steady performances helped India maintain an unbeaten run, climbed to 10th.

In the ODI all-rounder rankings, Afghanistan’s Azmatullah Omarzai retained his top spot, but faces fresh pressure. Santner moved up to fourth, Bracewell to seventh, and Ravindra to eighth — all climbing rapidly after their all-round contributions in New Zealand’s spirited run.
