"We definitely want to play positive and aggressive cricket. 300-325 will be very good score on this wicket. The team batting well in the middle overs will have a better chance of winning," Gill told reporters on the eve of the game.

The high-stakes encounter between India and Pakistan continues to generate significant interest despite India's recent dominance over their rivals in major tournaments.

In the ongoing Champions Trophy, both teams enter the game with contrasting fortunes.

While India won their opener, Pakistan lost their first game to New Zealand and face a must-win situation.

While dew has historically influenced matches in Dubai, Gill believes it won't be a factor in Sunday's encounter.

"Toss won't matter as there is no dew. Team batting second will have more pressure," added Gill.
