NEW DELHI:
Shaheen Afridi returned figures of six for 35 as Pakistan decimated Bangladesh by 94 runs in their final match of the 2019 World Cup at the Lord's in London.
The 19-year-old took his maiden five-wicket haul in the One-day Internationals (ODIs) as he tore apart the Bangladesh batting order.

Defending 316, Shaheen first removed top order batsmen Tamim Iqbal and
Shakib Al Hasan and then took wicket of middle order batsman Liton Das to dent Bangladesh chase.
In the later stages of the match, Shaheen claimed wickets of Mahmudullah,
Mohammad Saifuddin and Mustafizur Rahman to help Pakistan bundle out Bangladesh for 221 in 44.1 overs.
Shaheen was adjudged Man of the Match for his terrific performance with the ball.
