The 2002 Leeds Test saw India score 628/8 declared, powered by centuries from Rahul Dravid (148), Sachin Tendulkar (193), and Sourav Ganguly (127). This resulted in an innings victory for India.
India's impressive Test totals in England include 606/9 declared at the Oval in 1990, 521 at Nottingham in 1996, 510 at Leeds in 1967, and 508 at the Oval in 2002. The 1967 Leeds total resulted in a loss, while the others ended in draws.
The current Indian batting lineup appears well-positioned to challenge these historical totals. .
