Axar Patel 'blames' Shivam Dube for hitting monster six against Australia in 4th T20I - watch
India secured a commanding 48-run victory over Australia in the fourth T20I in Queensland, taking a 2-1 series lead after posting 167-8 and bowling out Australia for 119. Following the win, key performers Axar Patel and Shivam Dube engaged in a light-hearted post-match conversation shared by the BCCI.
Washington Sundar's impressive bowling spell of 3/3 led India's strong spin attack against the Australian batsmen. Shubman Gill contributed significantly with a knock of 46 off 39 balls to help set up India's total.

During their post-match interview, Axar and Dube discussed their performances and shared some playful banter about a massive six hit by Dube that ultimately led to his dismissal.
"I knew what I could do. I can hit the spinners really well and I tried doing that," said Dube, addressing his aggressive approach against the spinners.

Axar responded with friendly teasing: "No, no. We saw how you hit the spinner. Where do you get this power from? And if you hadn't lost that ball then, that ball could have been used (referring to the new ball) and the uneven bounce that you experienced was probably because of an old ball. But no worries, you'll learn from this."
Dube's innings included a towering six off Adam Zampa in the 10th over, which disappeared down the ground. He scored 22 runs from 18 balls, including one six and one four, making a valuable contribution to India's total.
The conversation also highlighted Axar's composed finishing effort, which helped India reach a defendable target. Dube acknowledged his teammate's well-timed attack and calculated risk-taking that ensured a competitive score.
The series finale is scheduled to take place in Brisbane on Saturday, with India looking to capitalize on their current advantage.
