NEW DELHI: Former champions Sunrisers Hyderabad reached the final in 2024, but their 2025 campaign proved disappointing. Despite bolstering their squad from the previous season, the team struggled to perform collectively with both bat and ball throughout most of the tournament. A few combinations began to click towards the end, but it was too little, too late to revive their campaign.
SRH entered the auction with a remaining purse of Rs 25.50 crore, along with 10 player slots including two overseas slots still unfilled.
