NEW DELHI: After her game-winning efforts in the recently finished series against the West Indies at home, India's off-spinner Deepti Sharma moved up to the top 5 of the most recent ICC women's ODI bowlers rating.

With 665 rating points, Deepti, currently ranked fifth, is just behind Marizanne Kapp of South Africa, who is in fourth place (677 rating points).

India finished the three-match series in Vadodara with a clean sweep thanks to the 27-year-old's eight wickets in two games, including 6/31 in the last encounter.

With scores of 29 and 52, Jemimah Rodrigues (537 rating points) has advanced four ranks to 22nd among batters, putting her in the running for a top-20 ranking.

Chinelle Henry's half-century in the third ODI caused him to jump 21 ranks to 65th place (349 rating points), while the powerful Richa Ghosh (13 not out and 23 not out) has jumped seven spaces to 41st place (448 rating points).

Despite scoring two half-centuries in the series, India's charismatic opener Smriti Mandhana (720 rating points) has fallen one spot to third position, behind South Africa's Laura Wolvaardt (773) and Chamari Athapaththu (733).

Harmanpreet Kaur, the captain, is now in 13th place after dropping three spots.

The West Indies opener has risen six spots to sixth in the ICC Women's Batting Rankings thanks to Hayley Matthews' seventh ODI century in Vadodara.
