Rohit Sharma tests speed of his most expensive car in Mumbai, fans go wild - WATCH
NEW DELHI: India’s star batter Rohit Sharma has added a striking red Lamborghini Urus SE to his enviable car collection. Just a day after purchasing the luxury SUV, Rohit was spotted taking it for a spin on the streets of Mumbai. Driving alone, he quickly drew attention, with fans stopping to catch a glimpse of their cricketing idol.
The Urus SE comes with a personalised number plate — 3015 — a clever tribute to both his children’s birthdays and his iconic jersey number 45. Rohit’s earlier car carried the number 264, in honour of his world-record ODI score.

The 3015 plate blends “30” for daughter Samaira’s birthday (December 30) and “15” for son Ahaan’s birthday (November 15). Together, they add up to 45, the number Rohit has proudly worn throughout his career.
Packing 800hp and 950Nm of torque, the Lamborghini Urus SE accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds.
The SUV’s ex-showroom price is around Rs 4.57 crore.
Rohit’s car collection:
Lamborghini Urus SE – Rs 4.57 crore
BMW M5 – Rs 1.99 crore
Mercedes-Benz GLS 400d – Rs 1.58 crore
Mercedes-Benz S-Class – Rs 1.98 crore
Range Rover HSE LWB – Rs 3.68 crore
Rohit last played for Mumbai Indians in the IPL and is expected to feature in the ODI series against Australia in October — which could potentially be his final international outing.
With the Bangladesh series in August cancelled, India’s next ODIs are in Australia from October 19–25, leaving his future beyond that still uncertain.
