A total anti-climax to what has been happening in the first 3 ODIs. For the first time in this series, the Windies did not fire with the bat at all. Man of the match Rohit Sharma says he has been practicing some slip catching for a while and it was good to hold on to some catches today at first slip. Adds further that it is a bit tricky to field in the slips specially to Kuldeep, but reckons that playing him in the nets has helped him in fielding in the slips. Mentions that it was a clinical performance while batting as after losing 2 quick wickets they played well to come up with a big, match-winning partnership which helped them put a big total on the board. Ends by saying that it is very heartening to see such kind of a performance from the bowlers.

The Indian skipper Virat Kohli says he is happy that they ticked all boxes in all three departments pretty well. Adds further that in the last game the Windies put them under pressure and reckons that his team did really well today to bounce back with such a performance. Credits Ambati Rayudu for the way he batted at number four position. Ends by saying that the youngster Khaleel Ahmed is an exciting talent and if the pitch has something to offer he can be a good force to reckon with.

The Windies captain Jason Holder admits that they did not play well enough today. Feels that they gave away too many runs in the first innings. Adds further that during their batting their batsmen did not apply themselves well in the middle and hence they lost early wickets which meant that they were behind in the game from the very beginning. Ends by saying that probably he may come higher up the order from the next game.

Manjrekar on the ropes is seen interviewing the youngster, Khaleel Ahmed, who says that he had hoped that there will be some moisture in the wicket which will help him and that is exactly what he got. Informs that he is working on his bowling and practicing hard in the nets. Reckons that he has practiced well and today the execution of the plans was much better. Regarding the wicket of Samuels, he mentions that the batsman was expecting an inward shaping delivery but the ball went away taking the outside edge of Marlon's bat. Adds further that there is no harm in appealing when there is a chance of getting a wicket. Ends by saying that he will look to continue with such good performances in future as well.

Virat Kohli will be a pleased man tonight. His bowling and fielding were top notch when it mattered the most, but, it turned a bit clumsy towards the end. Khaleel Ahmed was in prime form, making the ball move both ways and nipped out three wickets. Kuldeep Yadav also claimed a 3-fer and altogether it was a team effort by the Men in Blue to go 2-1 up in the series.

Chasing a mammoth total, Windies lost wickets in clumps upfront. Bhuvneshwar Kumar struck early to get the initial breakthrough and that was followed by a couple of run outs, of which, one was of Shai Hope. The tourists were dented badly after that blow and never recovered. Shimron Hetmyer, another star of their batting line-up, flopped and that left them reeling. Jason Holder fought a lone battle, scoring a half century, but he only delayed the inevitable.

Earlier in the day, after electing to bat, the Indian openers provided a strong platform. Rohit Sharma and Ambati Rayudu were involved in a double century partnership to pave the way for India's big score. Both the batters got their respective hundreds in the process and entertained the local Mumbai crowd with their delightful stroke play.

K Yadav to K Roach, OUT! Timber is rattled. Beautiful googly this. Windies innings has been wrapped up on 153. Kuldeep flights this one up and lands this full around middle. The ball hits the deck and turns away from Roach who is looking to defend it. The ball goes past his outside edge and crashes into the off pole. A clinical performance by the Indian bowlers as they win by a huge margin, 224 runs to be exact.

K Ahmed to J Holder, Big appeal for LBW, given not out. Keeps this on the leg stump line, may be a bit outside leg. Holder misses his flick and gets hit on the pads. Khaleel appeals loud but the umpire rightfully negates it as it had pitched outside the line of the leg pole.
