There might be a very few franchises with whom Fortnite hasn’t collaborated yet. Power Rangers is one of them franchises, but not for very long as a Fortnite crossover with this hugely popular franchise is reportedly in the works.
As the game is currently at the horizon of Chapter 6 Season 3 dubbed “Super” which is a superhero based season, a potential crossover with the Power Rangers would be a fitting end to this season, because they were arguably our childhood’s biggest superheroes.
Fortnite X Power Rangers collaboration is rumored to be in works
According to widely-known Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR, Fortnite is going to collaborate with the Power Rangers soon. This information actually comes from two other popular insiders named NotPaloleaks and XboxEra, who claimed the Power Rangers could be coming to Fortnite at “some point in the future.”
However, these rumors are unconfirmed and should be taken with a grain of salt. Although, Shiina informed us that those two insiders have correctly predicted the new Peacemaker, Cyborg, and Fantastic Four collabs previously. So, fans can easily root for the rumored Power Rangers crossover coming to reality.
It’s still a mystery to many fans why Fortnite hasn’t yet collaborated with Power Rangers, which they should have done in the first place. Superhero collaboration has been a significant move by Fortnite since its arrival, with the likes of Goku, Saitama, Batman, Super-Man, the Avengers, and many more. But collaborating with the Power Rangers would open the floodgate of brand-new contents in the game.
Since 1993, the Power Rangers franchise has surfaced over 30 official seasons with different installments. So, a potential crossover with them is going to be actually massive. Fortnite can introduce a dedicated in-game season centered around the Power Rangers, with themed content like companions, maps, skins, and other in-game accessories.
Now, only time will tell if all of these anticipations regarding this potential collaboration between Fortnite and the Power Rangers is going to be true.
