All locker code solutions in Resident Evil Requiem

One of the quickest methods to get important loot early in Resident Evil Requiem is to break into safes and lockers. Opening every sealed container can give you a big edge, whether you're looking for Antique Coins to spend in the Parlor or getting ready for a monster fight.

While the game features multiple safes across the Care Center and ARK facility, most of the key combinations are fixed and do not change between playthroughs. However, if you’re playing on Insanity difficulty, the codes themselves are different though the rewards remain the same.

Here’s a complete guide to all locker and safe code solutions in Resident Evil Requiem.

Care Center locker and safe codes

Most early-game locked containers are found in the Rhodes Hill Care Center, particularly in the East and West Wings. These can only be opened while playing as Grace, so make sure to unlock them before progressing too far.

Examination Room Safe

Location: East Wing, first floor, in a cupboard next to the exam table.
Prize: 3 Old Coins

Normal/Casual Code:
Right 30 → Left 10 → Right 50

Insanity Code:
Left 50 → Right 30 → Left 90

You may find the clue for this combo upstairs, next to the Lead Researcher's Office.

Bar & Lounge Safe

Location: West Wing, second floor, behind the bar counter.
Reward: 3 Antique Coins

Normal/Casual Code:
Left 10 → Right 80 → Left 30

Insanity Code:
Right 20 → Left 50 → Right 30

This area is patrolled by a Screamer zombie, so clear the room before attempting the dial.

Waiting Room Safe

Location: Behind the admin desk in the Waiting Room.
Reward: Antique Coins

This one is already open and does not require a code.

Basement Furnace Safe

Location: Care Center Basement, near the forklift in the Furnace/Inspection area.
Reward: Handgun Ammo and Raccoon Roundup Map

Normal/Casual Code:
Right 60 → Left 40 → Right 80

Insanity Code:
Left 70 → Right 50 → Left 20

The clue is missable and found earlier while playing as Leon, so be careful not to skip documents.

ARK facility locker and safe codes

Later in the game, Grace visits the ARK facility, where two additional safes can be unlocked.

Sterilization Chamber Safe

Location: North side of the Sterilization Chamber.
Reward: Med Injector, Molotov Cocktail, Handgun Ammo

Normal/Casual Code:
Right 10 → Left 90 → Right 20

Insanity Code:
Left 80 → Right 50 → Left 0

Monitor Control Room Safe

Location: Desk at the far end of the Monitor Control Room.
Reward: Bottle of Acid, Med Injector, Empty Bottle

Normal/Casual Code:
Left 50 → Right 60 → Left 80

Insanity Code:
Right 20 → Left 0 → Right 70

If you open all of the locked safes, you will get the "No Safe Is Safe" accomplishment. It also helps you get important upgrades, ammo, and crafting materials.

If you want to finish the game 100%, make sure to visit every wing of the Care Center again before moving on, since some parts of the game become unavailable later on.
