NEW DELHI: Manchester United secured a narrow 1-0 victory against Luton, easing the pressure on manager Erik ten Hag after a series of disappointing results. Victor Lindelof's second-half goal proved crucial, lifting United to sixth place and providing a much-needed reprieve for the embattled manager.
In a dramatic clash, Tottenham Hotspur suffered a heartbreaking 2-1 defeat against Wolves, missing the chance to return to the top of the Premier League table. Brennan Johnson put Spurs ahead early, but Wolves staged a stunning comeback with late goals from Pablo Sarabia and Mario Lemina in stoppage time.
Following the defeat against Wolves, Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou admitted, "Wolves are always going to come on strong, and we ran out of legs at the end. It is understandable; a lot of those guys haven't played. They scored a couple of good goals. It's a hard one to take."

The Premier League results left Manchester United in a more comfortable position, while Tottenham face challenges after consecutive defeats. Arsenal's victory saw them leapfrog Tottenham into second place, adding an intriguing dimension to the top-of-the-table race.
