It was the second straight miserable defeat for Big Ben in the NDFA Elite Division Football League. Earlier, in their first Super Six match, Kamptee-based Rabbani Club drubbed by a 6-1 margin. Having conceded nine goals in two matches, Big Ben’s chances of making it to the semifinal are all but over.

Apart from scoring a penalty, Rauf designed many clever moves that kept the depleted Big Ben defence on the backfoot all through the regulation time.
There was a huge positive for NAFC as both of their strikers Abhay Wahgmare (26th minute) and Jasbir Singh (76th minute) got goals ahead of crucial matches in the tournament.
