Monaco E-Prix Gala Dinner: Lucas Di Grassi and wife twin in black and white while Antonio Felix da Costa and Mitch Evans opt for all-black looks

Lucas Di Grassi had every reason to celebrate in Monaco last weekend, as the Lola Yamaha ABT driver scored his first points of the season. He finished in the points in both races of the Monaco E-Prix, one of the most iconic events on the Formula E calendar. Following the race weekend, the Formula E champion attended the Monaco E-Prix Gala Dinner and shared glimpses from the glamorous evening with his wife. Here is more from the celebration.

Lucas Di Grassi attends Monaco E-Prix Gala Dinner with wife

Lucas Di Grassi took to Instagram to showcase his and his wife’s outfits from the gala dinner. The Lola Yamaha ABT driver wore a cream blazer with a white shirt and black trousers, while his wife complemented the look in an elegant black-and-white gown.

Mitch Evans, Antonio Felix da Costa and Norman Nato opt for black suits

Nissan driver Norman Nato also shared pictures from the Monaco E-Prix Gala Dinner. He was joined by Jaguar TCS Racing drivers Mitch Evans and Antonio Felix da Costa at the event.

Nato’s Instagram post featured a few moments from the evening, including a picture of him posing alongside Evans and Da Costa, with all three dressed in black suits. While Nato and Evans wore bow ties, Da Costa opted for a classic black tie. Another picture offered a glimpse of the grandeur of the gala dinner venue.

However, Nato did not enjoy the race weekend he had hoped for. Reflecting on Monaco, he wrote, “Unfortunately not the weekend I wished for in Monaco. Drive-through in race one for a technical infringement, taken out in race two and had to retire the car. Despite the results, we showed great pace again. Congrats to the team and Oli for the win. Thank you for the support, always a dream to be driving in Monaco. We keep pushing.”

Jake Dennis and fiancee Lexi Grace Boosey also attend gala dinner

Earlier, Andretti driver Jake Dennis’ fiancee, Lexi Grace Boosey, shared a glimpse of the extravagant gala venue on social media. She showed off the semi-spherical ceiling adorned with intricate gold detailing.

Boosey, who is expecting her first child with Dennis, was also present at the Circuit de Monaco to support him throughout the race weekend.

Formula E drivers will now enjoy a month-long break before travelling to China for the Sanya E-Prix. The Round 11 is scheduled to take place on June 20.
