Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr is once again in legal trouble after a company accused him of not paying for private jet services. A complaint filed in Los Angeles County claims that Jet Set Aircraft Inc. is owed more than $105,000. The case is linked to a private charter flight in 2025. The lawsuit also names Mayweather’s company, TBE Aviation, and other individuals who were allegedly involved in arranging the trip.

The company claims that it has provided full aviation services. This included pilots, fuel, and flight coordination after being approached by the defendants. However, despite completing the work, the company says it has not received payment. The lawsuit includes claims of breach of contract and fraud. So far, Mayweather and his team have not made any public statement regarding these allegations.

According to the court documents, Jet Set Aircraft Inc. has accused Floyd Mayweather Jr and his associates of failing to pay a total of $105,690.01 for services provided during the 2025 charter. The company claims that it fulfilled all requirements requested by the defendants. This included arranging crew members and handling flight planning. Along with covering fuel and maintenance expenses.


The filing also states that the defendants accepted these services with the understanding that payment would be made later. However, the company alleges that repeated assurances about settling the bill were not honored. It further claims that the services were used fully. However, the agreed payment was never completed. This led to financial losses.

An invoice, which was attached to the complaint lists detailing charges for different aspects of the trip. These include crew services, fuel costs, and aircraft maintenance. All of these expenses together make up the disputed amount that the company is now trying to recover through legal action.

The lawsuit also suggests that those involved were aware of prior concerns related to payment issues. The company is now seeking repayment of the amount, along with interest and additional damages.

This case adds to a series of financial disputes involving Mayweather Jr in recent months. Notably, the boxing legend earned a massive billion-dollar wealth during his boxing career. However, now he is facing multiple claims related to unpaid dues. The latest lawsuit could further impact his reputation if the matter proceeds in court.
