Alysa Liu to close Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics 2026 figure skating gala: When and where to watch spectacle ft. stars like Amber Glenn
The Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics are nearing their end. Figure skating fans will now get one final show. The traditional Exhibition Gala will take place on Saturday night. It brings together medalists and top performers from every discipline. Athletes from men’s and women’s singles, pairs, and ice dance will skate once again. This time the focus is not on judges or scores. The event is meant to celebrate the sport and entertain the audience.
After two intense weeks of competition, the skaters will perform relaxed routines. They can use props, costumes, or even invite friends onto the ice. The organizing committee selects participants, but every medalist automatically receives an invitation. Some team event skaters are also included. The glamorous program is scheduled from 20:00 to 22:30 CET on February 21, 2026. Fans around the world are expected to tune in for a colorful farewell to the Games.

Olympic champion Alysa Liu will perform last at the gala. The American women’s singles winner closes the evening as the headline act. Another U.S. skater appears in the 23rd position, while Amber Glenn skates seventh in the order. The show opens with Italian stars Carolina Kostner and Daniel Grassl.
The full lineup features athletes from many countries. Olivia Smart and Tim Dieck of Spain skate early in the program. Japan’s Ami Nakai and Shun Sato will also perform. Germany’s Minerva Fabienne Hase and Nikita Volodin represent the pairs field. Canada’s Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier bring ice dance routines. Jun-hwan Cha of Korea and Adelia Petrosian compete among the singles performers.
Other well-known names include Adam Siao Him Fa of France, Charlene Guignard and Marco Fabbri of Italy, and Yuma Kagiyama of Japan. Madison Chock and Evan Bates will represent the United States in ice dance. Kaori Sakamoto, Ilia Malinin, and Riku Miura with Ryuichi Kihara are also scheduled. The event will end with Alysa Liu’s final skate of the Olympics.
Viewers can watch the gala on Peacock at 2 p.m. Eastern Time. NBC will broadcast it starting at 2:55 p.m. ET. Selected routines will appear later in the network’s primetime show. USA Network will re-air the exhibition at 1:30 a.m. ET on Sunday, February 22.
The gala traditionally allows skaters to show personality and creativity. Without scoring pressure, routines often include humor and storytelling. For many athletes, this performance becomes their last Olympic memory. Fans will also enjoy seeing medalists skate freely and celebrate the closing of the Winter Games.
