Caitlyn Jenner’s manager, Sophia Hutchins dies in tragic ATV accident at 29

What started on a bright California morning in Malibu became an instant tragedy that shook Hollywood and the LGBTQ community, too. Sophia Hutchins, Jenner's strong-willed and ambitious manager, tragically died this week. The incident took place on 2nd July, in a crash in an all-terrain vehicle outside of Jenner's home.

It was just at the age of 29 that Hutchins had already become one of the prominent transgender activists. Not only that, she was successful as an entrepreneur in the business, too. Her untimely death sent waves of mourning all over the entertainment communities. Friends, admirers, and fans recall a life inspiring to live graciously, with purpose, and aggressively.

The April 1st-born dazzled on her guest spots on the docuseries I Am Cait and her behind-the-scenes mentorship at the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation Hutchins. And now, the world is mourning a loss of talent. However, it's safe to say that the woman represented something bigger than herself.

Sophia Hutchins' life was brutally cut short following a devastating accident earlier in the week in Malibu, California. Police reports show that Hutchins was driving an all-terrain vehicle along a road near the residence of Caitlyn Jenner. That's when it "ricocheted off the back bumper of a moving car." What might have been a brush became deadly in a split second. She ran her ATV off-road before it lethal rolled 350 feet down a steep gully.

Emergency responders arrived, but Hutchins was found dead at the scene. Officials confirmed that the people inside the car she struck were unharmed. And Caitlyn Jenner was not on the scene during the crash.

However, the loss was felt at the time and keenly ran through social media. It was later featured in the news cycles and the lives of those who had known her. What is more tragic, however, is the fact that Hutchins' future was still so promising.

There was one relationship that solidified Sophia Hutchins's existence in the public eye. And that was her longtime partnership with Caitlyn Jenner. They initially met back in 2015, the same time when Jenner's transition became headlines around the world.

Hutchins, another transgender woman, entered Jenner's life. She soon took on a front-seat place in Jenner's professional life. Later, she managed her public speaking events and endorsement opportunities and acted as CEO of the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation.

Behind the TV cameras, Hutchins worked relentlessly on issues that mattered. As chair of the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation, she played a key role in advancing efforts on behalf of transgender individuals, focusing on education, access to healthcare, and employment opportunities.

Social media also has been a form of virtual memorial, with tweets recalling her talent, her grit and determination, and her impact. "She made people feel seen," wrote one. Another called her "the kind of leader the world needs more of."

In her 29 years, Sophia did what too many never have the courage to do: she inspired others and made her mark on the world.
