Coco Gauff has finally spoken after facing heavy criticism online over her recent Miu Miu campaign. The 20-year-old shared an honest 8-minute video on TikTok, where she addressed the comments about her hair and appearance. I picked the outfit out.”

Then she spoke about her hair, which became the main topic of criticism. Gauff explained why she chose not to style it in a sleek way. She said, “I personally don’t like to slick back my hair super sleek because it does damage my hair.”

She also made it clear that she is proud of her natural look. Talking about her 4C hair, she added, “I’m not going to apologize for the way that my hair looks… There are other girls who have the exact same hair as me.” Her message was simple but strong, representation matters, and no one should feel the need to change themselves to fit others’ expectations.
