Gaspar has already gained attention online. She is the daughter of former Edu Gaspar, who played for the Brazil national football team as well as clubs such as Arsenal, Corinthians, and Valencia CF. Edu also moved into football management and was appointed Global Head of Football at Nottingham Forest last year.

At the moment, it is unclear when Luiz and Gaspar first started dating. There has also been no confirmation about whether the footballer knew her before his loan spell with Nottingham Forest.
