Recently, Alex Bregman’s wife, Reagan Elizabeth took to her Instagram to share what a fun filled day it has been for her. She started the day with a healthy dose of an electrolyte mix as her caption on her Instagram story read as, “Trying to drink more water throughout the day” and then she went on to explain how the product has been helping her. Later she shared a glimpse of the food she has been enjoying lately and posted a picture of a cinnamon roll along with a cup of coffee.
She also shared a picture of her outfit for the day which she had kept pretty casual. She looked beautiful in a off white coloured long sleeve and jacket along with grey coloured leggings that she had paired up with a pair of Nike shoes. She also shared a picture of her dinner which included a bowl of chicken teriyaki along with a side salad.
It seems like Alex Bregman’s wife, Reagan Elizabeth, is trying to maintain a pretty balanced lifestyle as she goes through her second pregnancy. She has also been pretty active on social media about her pregnancy and keeps updating her followers about the progress she has made.

In the last few weeks, interest in the third baseman, Alex Bregman has peaked due to him remaining as a free agent. Fans and experts have speculated which team he would be ultimately joining for the new season of MLB but nothing concrete has come out yet. At the end of the 2024 season, Alex became a free agent and even turned down a deal from them that he had received a couple of weeks earlier.
But the Houston Astros are still ready to take him in, as revealed by Joe Espada, the Houston Astros manager during an interview with Houston’s KRIV-TV. Joe Espada said, "Well, he has not signed with anyone. Our arms are still open. The door's still open. There's always a chance, right? But right now, we are still in conversations with not only him, but with other free agent players, so we'll see."
With so many speculations and debates around Alex Bregman’s new team, it surely is interesting to see how everything plays out for the star player.
