And just like every parent, Katia wants her kids to inherit her love for the violin, which she has started to work on. Katia Lindor recently shared a glimpse into her elder daughter's violin lessons.

Francisco Lindor's wife Katia shared glimpse into daughter Kalina's love for violin

On Wednesday, Katia Lindor updated her Instagram stories with pictures of her daughters Amapola and Kalina's adorable moments. In one Instagram story, Katia captured her younger daughter Amapola's cute moment in which she could be seen enjoying her "2nd breakfast".

In another IG story, Amapola can be seen enjoying the "brunch" that she stole from her big sister Kalina, and enjoying it while sitting on her baby chair. Following the pictures of Amapola, Katia also shared a clip in which her daughter Kalina can be seen learning violin from her teacher.

Talking about kids, the couple welcomed their first daughter Kalina Zoe almost a year before their marriage in December 2021. Kalina was born in November 2020, and almost three years later, she welcomed her younger sibling. In June 2023, Katia and Francisco Lindor announced the birth of their second daughter via an Instagram post that read:

“My 2nd home birth. I prayed for this birth team + the timing of Amapola’s birth, and God answered my prayers. Couldn’t have done it without the best support system. Special thanks to my midwives & to my hubby @lindor12bc, who stayed by my side every second of my labor. I am blessed!"

In December 2024, the couple announced their third pregnancy, almost a year after welcoming their second daughter. The two shared a combined Instagram post, attached with pictures of Katia from her maternity photoshoot. In the caption, she said:

"All eyes on you, little one. Party of 5 coming soon."


Francisco Lindor opened up about wife Katia’s love for violin

Francisco Lindor married his wife Katia in 2021 after being engaged for almost a year. During an interview with the NewYorkPost, Lindor reflected back on his early dating days and opened up about the backstory of sparking romance with Katia. Talking about the same, the Mets star said:

"I messaged her on Instagram. Her picture popped up and I was like, ‘This girl is beautiful!' We talked for three months and then I met her in Arizona ‘cause I was out there for spring training. We just hung out and I was like, ‘I think she’s the One.’ At first, I was a little bit like, ‘Ahh, I don’t want to really commit,’ but I knew that she was the One."



Moving forward in the interview, Lindor talked about Katia's love for violin, praising her expertise as an experienced violinist. Highlighting how Katia doesn't play violin with the same passion as she used to before her pregnancy, Lindor said:

"She doesn’t do it like she was back in the day when she was doing four to five hours a day … we have the baby now, but she still does two hours whenever she gets the time."

Talking about Francisco Lindor, the Mets star recently went on a dinner date with his wife Katia. The violinist later reshared Lindor's Instagram story in which he could be seen gushing over his "beautiful" wife.
