Mets star Francisco Lindor gushes over 'beautiful' wife Katia during romantic date night

Before the regular season kicks in, New York Mets star Francisco Lindor wants to enjoy all the free time he has with his wife and kids. The couple recently went on a romantic date night and Lindor could not stop himself from gushing over his "beautiful" wife Katia. Katia Lindor shared the Mets star's reaction via her Instagram story recently, featuring an adorable picture with him.

Francisco Lindor praised 'beautiful' wife Katia's date night looks

On Monday, Francisco Lindor and his wife Katia enjoyed a romantic date night and shared a glimpse of the same on their social media. Lindor posted a picture on his Instagram in which he could be seen gushing over Katia's date night looks. Praising the mother of three, Lindor wrote:


“How beautiful you are,” he wrote (translation from Spanish).

The couple's date night came almost a month after the two announced that they are expecting their third baby together. Katia Lindor took to her Instagram to pen down an emotional note in Spanish with fans, sharing details about her third pregnancy. Talking about how she couldn’t find any day more perfect than Christmas, Katia wrote:

"Christmas is the perfect time to remember and be thankful for the greatest blessing we can have: family. It's in the warmth of home, in shared laughter, and in heartfelt embraces where we find the true spirit of these dates."


"May every moment together be a gift, may love and togetherness be the basis of everything, and may this Christmas strengthen the bonds that unite us. Having a family is a privilege and a great blessing. Merry Christmas, filled with love and gratitude!" Katia concluded.

Katia's Instagram post also featured pictures of her kids, showing off the sonographic image of their baby sibling. In addition, there were also family pictures of the couple posing with the sonographic image of their baby while standing in front of the beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the background.

Francisco Lindor and Katia first met each other through Instagram, when the MLB star decided to slide in her DMs. During an interview with the New York Post in 2022, Lindor recalled that moment and said:

"I messaged her on Instagram," he said. "Her picture popped up, and I was like, 'This girl is beautiful!' "We talked for three months, and then I met her in Arizona 'cause I was out there for spring training. We just hung out, and I was like, 'I think she's the one.' At first, I was a little bit like, 'Ahh, I don't want to really commit,' but I knew that she was the one."


After dating each other for a good span, the couple decided to get married in December 2021. It was a beautiful destination wedding in Florida, attended by the couple's close friends and family. Interestingly, it was their daughter who walked down the aisle with his father on the wedding day.
