Mookie Betts' wife Brianna opened up about latest venture
On Wednesday, Mookie Betts' wife Brianna opened up about her new venture called the "Mom Diaries". Brianna shared an Instagram post featuring a clip in which she can be seen talking about the reason why she decided to launch her project. Talking about the major goal of her project, Brianna said:
"Hi guys, welcome to Mom Diaries — The Value of Knowing You. Oh my gosh, I’m so excited! I’ve been waiting for this for some time now and have really been working on it. I am a mom of two, and it is not easy.""There are times when you don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. You feel like there’s a weight on you—not in a bad way, but a weight of responsibility. You’re constantly thinking, 'I have to do this, I have to do that.' It can feel overwhelming, and you may wonder, 'Can I handle this?'" she further added.
While Brianna Betts follows her passion, her husband Mookie has been adjusting to his new spot at shortstop. Last week, Betts revealed that
it was his personal reasons that led to his decision to play shortstop full-time, starting from this season.
"For now it's over, but we're going to win the World Series, and then I'm coming back," said Betts, according to ESPN.
Moreover, per ESPN, Dodgers Manager Dave Roberts felt that it was Mookie Betts goal to "be the best player in the baseball" that led to his decision to play shortstop.
Before joining the Dodgers, Mookie Betts played with the Boston Red Sox. Betts recently made headlines when he talked about his reason for leaving the Red Sox. The Dodgers star
blamed the "no positive" environment in the Red Sox, for his decision to part ways with them.
