What does Francisco Lindor’s $21.2 million New York City penthouse look like inside? A tour of the Mets star’s luxury home
Francisco Lindor is putting down deeper roots in New York City. The New York Mets shortstop and his wife, Katia Reguro Lindor, have bought a $21.2 million penthouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The purchase signals that the couple plans to stay in the city long term, well beyond the baseball season.
The home sits at 200 East 75th Street, between Second and Third Avenues. The deal became public on Monday after being reported by Jennifer Gould of New York Post. According to The Wall Street Journal, the Lindors signed the contract in December last year, months after the property first hit the market.
Francisco Lindor, who signed a 10-year, $341 million contract with the New York Mets in 2021, purchased the penthouse for $21.2 million after it was initially listed at $22.95 million. The home is part of an 18-story boutique condominium with 36 total units.
The penthouse spans about 5,300 square feet and features six bathrooms, each with its own attached bath. The space stands out because of its arched windows, 11-foot ceilings, and wide views of the New York City skyline.
Inside, the home opens into a long 39-foot living room with large windows that bring in natural light. The dining room and library also feature arched windows that face the city.
One bedroom next to the main bedroom can be joined to create a larger primary suite. That area includes marble floors and a spa-style bathtub.
The kitchen is built for entertaining. It includes a large island, a breakfast bar, and a direct connection to a custom banquet dining space.
One of the three private terraces sits just off the kitchen and is set up for outdoor cooking and gatherings.
The building itself was designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and includes shared spaces like a gym, yoga room, children’s playroom, and even a pet washing area. Interior work was done by Yellow House Architects, led by Elizabeth Graziolo.
While committing to New York, Francisco Lindor has not let go of his Florida home. Since 2021, the Lindor family has spent offseasons in Monteverde, Florida, where they own a $2.9 million lakefront mansion near Lake Apopka.
The five-bedroom home includes a pool, large deck, and sits close to Clover Park in Port St. Lucie, where the Mets hold spring training.
For Francisco Lindor and Katia Reguro Lindor, the new penthouse reflects both comfort and long-term plans in New York City.
