UFC Boss Dana White has been a huge Donal Trump ally and he recently welcomed the United States President Donald Trump’s decision to honor NBA legend Kobe Bryant with open arms. In a recent statement, Trump announced that he would honor several historical figures and legendary athletes in his proposed National Garden of Heroes aiming to immortalize the American heroes. It was a huge announcement from the POTUS during Black History Month which earned wide praise from many including White.

During a Black History Month event at the White House, President Donald Trump revealed plans to honor legendary figures in the National Garden of American Heroes. Among those recognized are NBA icon Kobe Bryant and boxing legend Muhammad Ali. This initiative aims to celebrate individuals who have left a lasting impact on American history with their influence across sports, culture, and society.

UFC CEO Dana White was among many public figures to respond to the huge initiative by the POTUS as he celebrated Black History Month. Taking to his Instagram, White shared his nod to the initiative. "F**K YES!!! So awesome Kobe,” he wrote on his Instagram story.

In his recent announcement shared details of an executive order he had signed before, Trump said, “Under the executive order I signed last month, this new beautiful outdoor statue park, it's going to be a statue park. It's going to be unbelievable.”

He continued, “We're picking the final sites now. It's between various states that want it very badly. We'll honor hundreds of our greatest Americans to ever live, including countless black American icons. The garden will predominantly feature incredible women like Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks, Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin. And Coretta Scott King. And I will showcase extraordinary.”

The POTUS added, “It will be uh something very extraordinary. It's gonna be producing, we're going to produce some of the most beautiful works of art in the form of a statue for men like Frederick Douglass, Booker T. Washington, Jackie, Jackie Robinson, what a great athlete that was Martin Luther King Jr. Mohammad Ali, he's not a bad athlete. What do you think, Mohammed? Not, not too bad. And the late Kobe Bryant. People love Kobe Bryant.”
