The Phoenix Suns faced another major setback against the Atlanta Hawks. While the team was lagging behind in scoring, their star player, Devin Booker, got injured. He had to leave the court midway during the clash. Earlier during the game, Jalen Green was sidelined due to a hamstring injury. Towards the end of the game, the Suns struggled and lost the game against the Hawks. The Hawks took a 7-point lead.

Despite the defeat, Booker remained the highest scorer of the game with 31 points. However, the collective effort from the side of the Hawks led the team to their victory. Jalen Johnson, Onyeka Okongwu and CJ McCollum racked up double-digit points, scoring 23, 25 and 21 points, respectively.

During the third quarter, the Phoenix Suns jumped back to take a lead over the Hawks. Devin Booker’s 31-point score was an advantage for the team that did not last long. Just a few minutes left in the third quarter, Booker faced a major ankle injury. The athlete accidentally stepped on the opposing player’s foot and could not get up straight. He limped back to the locker room and never returned. Booker joined Jalen Green, who was previously sidelined due to a hamstring injury.


Since Booker left the court, it went sideways for the Phoenix Suns completely. The team lost the lead and the Atlanta Hawks took over from that point. Towards the end of the game, the final score of the game was 110-103, favoring the Hawks. Nothing has been officially disclosed about the injury status of the athlete. Booker was quite excited about the game against the Hawks. Ever since the athlete joined the league, he has never secured a win in a road game in Atlanta. The Suns' star was quite eager to strike that off his list. However, much to his dismay, things did not go according to plan.
