And beyond the book and the event, fans at the book signing didn’t just meet Vanessa Bryant, the wife of the late Lakers legend Kobe Bryant, they also celebrated what she has built in memory of her beloved family. Many wore the Lakers jerseys, shared sweet moments with her, the stories of how Kobe Bryant inspired them, and expressed admiration for how Vanessa Bryant continues to honor their legacies and provide young, talented girls and boys with opportunities in sports, even after 6 years of her husband’s tragic passing in 2020.
