Forrest Li, a Chinese billionaire, purchased Steph and Ayesha Curry's Atherton estate for $31.2 million. According to Architectural Digest, Steph Curry originally paid $31 million for the house in 2019. According to Virtual Globe Trotting, Steph Curry is a resident of the Atherton gated enclave in San Francisco as of December 2025.
