Aditya Garg stars with seven-wicket haul

BANGALORE: Aditya Garg's seven-wicket burst gave Bangalore Zone first innings lead against Bangalore City XI on the first day of their two-day KSCA U-16 inter-zonal cricket tournament in Bangalore on Monday.
Besides Garg, Prithvi chipped in with three wickets as City XI were bowled out for 145. In reply, Bangalore made 160 with Amay C (4-33), Keeth (3-21) and Suraj (2-37) sharing the bowling spoils.At close, City XI were at 71 for five.

Combined City XI: 296 all out in 63.2 overs (Abhijeet K 34, Raj Kumar 95, Rishi Bopanna 82; Deepesh Poonia 3-49, Shreyas 3-54, Puneeth S 2-64) vs President's XI: 113/6 in 43.4 overs (Jayesh Babu 47; Kushal 2-29, Pruthvi T 2-10).
