The cricket teams of India and South Africa on Monday arrived for the second ODI to be played on October 14.

INDORE: Players of Team India and South Africa arrived on Monday evening amidst tight security to participate in the second ODI scheduled to be played at Holkar Stadium in Indore on Wednesday.
The two teams reached Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport in Indore by flight and later the players were accorded warm welcome after they arrived at a city-based hotel at around 5.30 pm.

Hundreds of people thronged both the airport and hotel and blocked the team by fans on bikes and followed the bus of the both team from airport to hotel. Even outside the hotel where the team is staying, hundreds of fans stood outside to have a glimpse of the cricket sensations.
The craze was also seen social media with Twitter going abuzz with Indoreans welcoming both the teams and wishing luck to the Indian contingent. Twitteratis sent a flurry of messages and shared selfies with their favorite cricketers after their arrival at hotel.
Officials associated with the Protease like Prasanna shared a picture with caption like " @prasannalara: I have never seen this anywhere in my life flying fans #Indore 2nd ODI India vs SA."

Abhishek Goel @cid_abhishek tweeted, "Rohit Sharma will have another shot at a double ton at Indore considering that the pitch is a better and a happy hunting ground for India! #INDvSA

Another cricket fan, Aashi Neema sared , "Welcome to Indore @msdhoni tomorrow we will share same city. Yay! are you excited ?"
Meanwhile, the city police, has made elaborate security arrangements in the city for the safety and security of both the teams.
Around 1200 police personnel including security guard and armed police have been deployed at Holkar stadium, told MPCA official to TOI.
Besides, in order to keep a close watch on the spectators and the crowd during the match over 70 CCTV cameras have been installed inside and outside the stadium. New LED side screens are also installed for the first time here which would play visuals as try vision," said an MPCA officials.
As per the schedule, the two teams would leave for the stadium from the hotel at around 2 pm, for net practice at Holkar stadium on Tuesday as per MPCA officials.
