Houston Texans embrace a new President, Mike Tomon

• Mike Tomon replaces Greg Grissom as the new President for the Houston Texans. Mike comes from Legends Hospitality, where he was the Co-President and COO. Legends Hospitality is a Jerry Jones and George Steinbrenner company that offers global premium experiences.
  

Cleveland Browns usher in Tommy Rees and Mike Bloomgren

• Tommy Rees, 32, is being promoted to the offensive coordinator role from the pass game specialist and tight-ends coach roles. Before the Browns, he served as the OC for Alabama Crimson Tide Football and Notre Dame Fighting Irish Football. He takes up the seat of Ken Dorsey at the Browns.
  

• Mike Bloomgren will be the new offensive line coach. Before the Browns, he was with the New York Jets as their offensive quality control coach, offensive assistant, and assistant offensive coordinator. He will occupy the seat of Andy Dickerson at the Browns.
  

Seattle Seahawks pave the way for Klint Kubiak

• Klint Kubiak gets hired as the new offensive coordinator for the Seahawks. He was the OC at New Orleans Saints. Klint steps into the shoes of Ryan Grubb. Ryan Grubb was with the Seahawks only for 2024 season. Seahawks’ coach Mike Macdonald said the direction of their offense was going differently than the vision he had for Seahawks.
  

San Francisco 49ers open the doors for Brant Boyer, Klay Kubiak, and Robert Saleh

• Brant Boyer takes up the role of special teams coordinator at the 49ers. He was formerly the special teams coordinator for the New York Jets. He supersedes Brian Schneider at the 49ers.
  

• A promotion is in line for Klay Kubiak. He goes from being an offensive passing game specialist at the 49ers to an offensive coordinator at the 49ers.
  

• Robert Saleh becomes the defensive coordinator. He was formerly the head coach for the New York Jets. Saleh has been with the 49ers before. He supported the team to the Super Bowl and won it against the Kansas City Chiefs.
  

Tennessee Titans set the scene for Mike Borgonzi and John Bones Fassel

• Mike Borgonzi becomes the new general manager for the Titans. He was the assistant general manager at the Kansas City Chiefs prior to this stint. He takes over the Titans following the dismissal of Ran Carthon. Ran Carthon was with the Titans only for two seasons.
  

• John Bones Fassel is hired as the special teams coordinator at the Titans. He was with the Dallas Cowboys before this new role at Titans. But with Mike McCarthy’s exit from the Dallas Cowboys, John was open to exploring further possibilities.
