Court documents allege Shannon Sharpe reportedly video called a friend during an intimate act with the young woman

Shannon Sharpe, the NFL legend, was involved in a pretty messy legal drama with a young model who had accused him of sexual assault and threats. Shannon Sharpe was sued for $50 million but a few weeks ago, the lawsuit was settled for $20 million. While Shannon Sharpe’s lawsuit has been settled, some of the details of the lawsuit paint a grim picture of what went on behind closed doors.

According to the court documents obtained by NBC Sports, the 20 year old model had alleged that Shannon Sharpe reportedly filmed their intimate acts, sometimes without her consent.



On one such instance, according to the lawsuit, Shannon Sharpe allegedly forced the 20 year old model to get intimate while on a video call with a childhood friend of his.

The lawsuit states, "After many months of manipulating and controlling Plaintiff — a woman more than thirty years younger than he — and repeatedly threatening to brutally choke and violently slap her, Sharpe refused to accept the answer no and raped Plaintiff, despite her sobbing and repeated screams of 'no…’”

The lawsuit added, “Whenever Plaintiff would get up the courage to object to Sharpe’s outrageous conduct—which was not often—he would aggressively and angrily 'put her back in her place…’”

However, all such accusations were repeatedly and strongly denied by Shannon Sharpe and his legal team, as the NFL legend claimed that the two were in a sexual relationship with one another and the intimate acts were “consensual”.

What is Shannon Sharpe doing now?

Despite rejecting claims of sexual assault, Shannon Sharpe did end up paying the young model $20 million to settle the lawsuit.

While this had affected Shannon Sharpe’s professional life as ESPN fired him, his reputation took a major hit.

Fans have brutally trolled the NFL legend for having any type of a relationship with a woman who is much younger than his own children.

At this point in time, Shannon Sharpe is fully focused on his work on his own podcasts, while the woman has announced retirement from OnlyFans.
