After the team beat the Philadelphia Eagles, Kyle Shanahan said in the locker room, “When you lose a leader like that, in the beginning…George, are you there?”

To this, George Kittle responds as Kyle Shanahan adds, “Love you, dude. Thank you for everything”.

Kyle Shanahan spoke about George Kittle’s injury after the match as he said, “Losing Kittle early in the game, it was obviously a depressing play for everybody. Once I heard on the headset, just going over there, just felt horrible for Kittle.”

He added, “Jake [Tonges] and Luke [Farrell] had stepped it up for us all year so. So I think the guys had a lot of confidence in those guys that they could still do it. But I think everyone’s just hurting for Kittle.”

George Kittle has sustained a lot of injuries in this season, including missing six matches due to his hamstring injury.
