Colin Cowherd believes that head coach Mike McCarthy's tenure is over. Dallas has struggled in the NFC East, losing to New Orleans in Week 2 and Baltimore in Week 3. Their three wins have come on the road against the Cleveland Browns, New York Giants, and Pittsburgh Steelers. They currently sit in third place, ahead of only the Giants. Dallas has a bye in Week 7 and a road game against the San Francisco 49ers next weekend.
