Spotrac reports Pickens signed a four-year, $6.75 million contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers in May 2022. It included a $2.09 million signing bonus, $3.1 million in guaranteed money, and an average annual salary of $1.68 million.In May 2025, the 24-year-old wide receiver was traded to the Dallas Cowboys along with a 2027 sixth-round pick in exchange for a 2026 third-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick.
His base salary is $3.656 million, and his workout bonus is $2,205 for the 2025 season.
