Kylie Kelce is already planning what happens to her body once she is finally done having kids, and she is not pretending otherwise. On a recent Galentine’s Day episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, the 33-year-old laid out a “rough plan” for future breast surgery and said she wants to “put [her] boobs back where they belong” after four pregnancies and breastfeeding. The mother of four, who shares daughters Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett, and Finn with former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, made it clear this is a long-term idea, not a date on the calendar. She is talking about what comes after she is sure her family is complete, even as she still jokes about the universe handing her another surprise baby.

Kelce’s comments came on the Feb. 12 episode of “Not Gonna Lie,” which doubled as a Galentine’s Day special with her college friends and bridesmaids, Amber and Gab. Per People, she did not dance around what she wants to do once she is officially done having kids.“To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong because four kids. That's all I have to say about that,” she said on the podcast.

The conversation started after the group watched a viral clip of a woman revealing her new breasts to friends at a party. Kelce loved the idea of turning something usually done quietly into a shared moment.
She told her friends, according to People, “I already know that. I wanna be clear, you were in whether you wanted to be in or not.”She even mapped out how she would drag them into it, down to the snacks. Kelce joked, “I was gonna bait you with snacks. And then just be like, hey, have you seen these?” That tone fits what Parade highlighted from the same episode, where she laughed and said, “If this isn’t peak girlhood, I don’t know what is.”The plan is not about chasing a different identity as much as reclaiming her body after years of pregnancy and breastfeeding. The way she frames it on air sounds less like a secret surgery and more like a bit her closest friends will be in on from the start.

Kylie Kelce jokes about ‘itty bitty titty committee’ past and refuses to rule out more children

This is not the first time Kelce has talked about her chest on the podcast. Back in October 2025, she gave listeners the full before-and-after picture of how pregnancy changed her body.“Prior to children, I was part of the itty bitty titty committee. Some would say I was the president,” she joked at the time. She added that as a kid, classmates told her she was “so flat, I was jealous of the wall,” and that even a regular bra did not stay put. “It got to a point where when I put on a regular bra and raised my arms, I actually had nothing to sit in the cup to keep the bra down,” she said. Those details matter, because they explain why she is so blunt now. The planned surgery is not a sudden pivot to chasing a new look; it is coming from someone who has been open about feeling flat-chested long before four pregnancies stretched everything out.At the same time, Kelce is careful not to challenge fate. Even while outlining her “rough plan,” she admitted she does not totally trust the universe to leave her alone if she says she is done. “I never want to say no because then I feel like the universe is gonna hear me. And then I'm gonna sneeze and get pregnant,” she said, per People.
