Social media influencer Haley Baylee discussed her private matters on a live-streaming platform for all the public to hear. This reached the doorstep of her former husband, NFL star Matt Kalil, who, in return, filed a $75,000 lawsuit against her citing invasion of privacy.
Baylee responded by dismissing the suit, citing free speech. To support his argument in court, Kalil referenced the
Pamela Anderson and Bret Michaels 1993 s** tape.
Matt Kalil uses Pamela Anderson and Bret Michaels’ legal dispute over s** tape as example against Haley Baylee
Kalil explained that s****l relations are the most personal and intimate acts.
Anderson appeared n*de in magazines, movies, and publicly distributed videotapes because she was a professional actor in roles involving s** and s****l appeal. The fact that she performed those roles does not make her s** life open to the public.
He said that Anderson’s appearance in another publicly distributed s** tape with a different rock star does not remove her privacy interest in later or earlier s****l encounters.
The court noticed that Kalil had a ‘privacy interest in his own s** life.’
Matt Kalil’s attorney responds to Haley Baylee’s motion to dismiss
Kalil’s attorney, Ryan Saba, told Page Six that Baylee disclosed Kalil’s private and intimate details of no legitimate public concern, subjecting him and his family to widespread ridicule and unwanted attention.
She shared these details in an apparent hunt for fortune and fame. Her actions were beyond all possible bounds of decency and have caused harm to Matt, his family, and his business.
Her motion to dismiss does not dispute that she disclosed details that led to widespread ridicule and unwanted attention.
The motion misses the point that a spouse does not have the right to expose private and confidential marital and s****l details for profit. Kalil’s attorney expects the motion will be denied.
Haley Kalil disclosed private matter to popular streamer Marlon Garcia on Twitch
Social media influencer Hayley Kalil claimed in November 2025 that Matt Kalil’s manhood was the biggest factor in their 2022 divorce.
She said on Twitch with popular streamer Marlon, “Deada**... for our whole marriage, deada**. But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying… Looked up lipo-type s***… That’s why it’s kinda funny.
My life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself. That was the biggest factor. Love him, but he’s my homie... No, because he’s like .01 percent of the population. We’ve tried, impossible unless you’re going to be in tears type s***.”
