There’s a difference between wanting a trade and actually forcing one. So far, Garrett hasn’t gone nuclear. He isn’t holding out. He isn’t skipping workouts. But if this drags into training camp, it could get messy fast.

That’s not someone looking for a raise. That’s someone done with waiting.

But the Browns? They’re standing their ground. They won’t trade him. They’ll make him play out his contract. That’s the stance. For now.
