Josh Jacobs, the Green Bay Packers’ star player, recently turned himself in Hobart-Lawrence Police Department after a domestic disturbance was reported on Saturday as his influencer girlfriend, Ash Kaashh, has been alleged to be the victim.

While the star player has now walked out of police custody, former NFL star Robert Griffin III has made it clear what he feels about Josh Jacobs.

A few hours ago, the former NFL star player Robert Griffin III took to his account on X as he posted, “Real men don’t hit women”.


While Robert Griffin III did not explicitly mention Josh Jacobs in his post, fans have been quick to link it to him.

This has also sparked a heated debate among fans. A fan wrote, “REAL men wait until all the facts have been presented before chirping out some stupid shit online”.

Another fan posted, “Thank you for being the first and only NFL player, past or present, to speak out on this”.

However, Josh Jacobs has remained distant from Robert Griffin III’s post about him, as he now walks out of police custody.

Why did Josh Jacobs walk out of police custody as Ash Kaashh stays distant?

As per reports, District Attorney David Lasee wrote, “While the standard for arrest is probable cause, when the District Attorney’s Office makes a decision to issue criminal charge, it is bound to apply a higher standard. That is, whether there is admissible evidence that rises to the level of proof beyond a reasonable doubt.”

For now, the existing evidence reportedly does not meet that level as the D.A.’s office has requested for more information from the police department.

While Josh Jacobs has stayed away from making any statements, his attorneys David Chesnoff, Richard A. Schonfeld, and Clarence Duchac said, “We are extremely pleased that Josh has been released from custody and that no criminal charges have been filed against him. As we previously stated, we encourage everyone to keep an open mind while the matter is fully reviewed. We remain confident that, once all of the evidence is gathered and evaluated, it will confirm that no charges should be brought against Josh in the future.”
