NEW DELHI: In a Sunday matchup, the San Francisco 49ers secured a 27-14 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Santa Clara, California. Quarterback Brock Purdy led the 49ers' offensive charge by throwing for three touchdowns and completing 21 of 25 passes for 333 yards. Christian McCaffrey contributed a 4-yard touchdown reception early in the first quarter, ending his touchdown drought after 17 consecutive games.

Brandon Aiyuk played a crucial role in the 49ers' success, recording a career-high 156 yards receiving, including a spectacular 76-yard touchdown catch. Tight end George Kittle added eight catches for 89 yards and a touchdown.


For the Buccaneers, Baker Mayfield completed 29 of 45 passes for 246 yards, including a 1-yard touchdown reception by Mike Evans. Despite Rachaad White's 1-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter, the Buccaneers struggled to gain momentum and have now lost five of their past six games.

The game saw key defensive plays for the 49ers, with Ji'Ayir Brown intercepting Mayfield in the end zone and the defense stopping the Buccaneers on a crucial fourth-down attempt at the San Francisco 12-yard line.


With this victory, the 49ers extended their winning streak to two games after overcoming a three-game skid. The Buccaneers, on the other hand, continue to face challenges, losing five of their last six matchups.
