A few days before the Super Bowl when Derrick Henry was asked which team he would be supporting in the Super Bowl, Derrick’s answer has pretty much divided his fans.
Derrick Henry’s Controversial Answer About Super Bowl LIX Has Divided His Fans
When Micah Parsons asked Derrick Henry about his prediction for the Super Bowl, Derrick Henry said, “I want both of them to lose. I dont even care. I want both of them to lose. I dont care who wins. Honestly.”
He continued, “I ain’t even playing”. His answer has divided his fans. While many believe he gave a fair answer considering his team, the Baltimore Ravens could not make it to the Super Bowl, other fans feel he has too much “hatred” in him.
A fan took to X and wrote, “Damn. I love #22, but why does he have to be so b**thurt? The entire world (minus Chiefs fans) were rooting hard for Eagles. I'm elated they trashed the Chiefs”, while another fan wrote, “Ravens have become the biggest crybabies. Even edging out the Bills. Great job!!”
A third fan wrote, “all that hate in his heart is why his beard is patchy”.
However, many fans have also supported Derrick Henry’s point of view. A fan wrote, “True Raven. He need to stay the rest his career here in Baltimore. Dude was born a Raven but accidentally ended up in Tennessee to start his career. I hope all this heartbreak the last 2 years send the entire team in demon mode next year.”

Derrick Henry Also Spoke About The Love He Has For His Current Team, The Baltimore Ravens
In the same podcast with Micah Parsons, The Edge With Micah Parsons, Derrick Henry has also spoken about his love for his current team, the Baltimore Ravens and how badly he wants to win a Super Bowl once in his career.
Derrick Henry said, “Winning a Super Bowl: "I gotta have it. I need it. I'll be depressed if I don't get it. Please, Lord, right now”.
The star player of the Baltimore Ravens started his career in NFL back in 2016 with the Tennessee Titans and stayed with the team until the 2023 season of the NFL. It is only in the 2024 season of the NFL that Derrick Henry signed a deal worth a whopping $16 million with the Baltimore Ravens.
