Mahomes scored his third rushing touchdown in a game, marking his first since Week 16 of the 2022 season. The hit, along with a 33-yard scramble down the left sideline, had the three-time MVP trending on social media, as he had gone 30 games without running one past the pylons himself. "Patrick Mahomes’ game is SO DISRESPECTFUL. Just out there running over defenders letting them know they can’t stop him. SHEESHH," Robert Griffin III reacted. "Patrick Mahomes is the fastest not-fast player I've ever seen in my life. If I played defense I'd hate his guts lol," ESPN analyst Mina Kimes wrote on Twitter.
Mahomes has thrown more interceptions than touchdowns in six games, joining Peyton Manning as the only quarterback in the last 30 years to do so. The Chiefs, now the NFL's lone undefeated team in 2024, face the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium, making him the only quarterback to do so.
