Ukraine ranks 81st poorest country in the world in 2024

Each year, the NFL sends the losing team’s unused gear to underprivileged countries like Ukraine, Mongolia, Georgia, Estonia, and Latvia. Ukraine ranks 81st, Mongolia ranks 87th, Georgia ranks 114th, Estonia ranks 143rd, and Latvia ranks 136th poorest country in the world in 2024.

Good360 and the NFL have been working closely for 10 years now

The Kansas City Chiefs lost the Super Bowl 59. But their NFL gear was pre-produced for a Super Bowl three-peat victory. Since they lost, their sporting goods are with the NFL’s merchandise distributor, Good360. Good360 distributes unused goods to people in need worldwide. It has partnered with the NFL for over a decade now.

Good360 ensures the NFL gear reaches the hands of the right communities

The distributor ensures that the apparel or gear of the losing team’s NFL players goes into the hands of the right communities and not in the hands of those people who might want to profit from it. The nonprofit will repurpose the Kansas City Chiefs’ gear and donate it to North American countries like Ukraine, Mongolia, Georgia, Estonia, and Latvia.

Cinira Baldi, CEO of Good360, says, “Being able to give back to the community is one of the most powerful things that we can do as human beings in our country,”

Good360 CEO Cinira Baldi shared with USA Today, “We have over a thousand nonprofits that we work with. We receive donated goods and items, and then we partner with nonprofits throughout the USA and internationally to distribute those products to communities and individuals that are in need."

Baldi continues, "Anytime we can move products and goods into communities where people don’t have access, there’s a lot of gratitude. There are a lot of people internationally who don’t have access to basic needs, basic things, like clothing. To have a community and a network from the U.S. be able to give back and help communities in other places around the world is, in my opinion, one of the most powerful things that we can do as human beings in our country.
