Tom Brady has revealed his next career move, announcing that he will write 199 weekly newsletters covering topics like business, media, leadership, health, and football. He described this as an extension of conversations he already has with friends and family, choosing newsletters over a podcast.
Tom Brady’s newsletter project came just after ex-wife Gisele Bündchen welcomes third child
Tom Brady described his new 199-week newsletter as an extension of his “group chat with friends and family,” opting for this format instead of starting a podcast like many former athletes. The newsletter will cover topics such as business, media, leadership, health, and football.
His announcement came just days after his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, welcomed her third child—her first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente, 37. Brady, who shares two children with Bündchen, is reportedly supportive and wishes her well.
Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen share two children, daughter Vivian Lake and son Benjamin Rein. After finalizing their divorce in October 2022, they agreed on joint custody, ending their 13-year marriage on amicable terms.
In October 2024, Bündchen publicly announced her pregnancy but made sure to inform Brady personally beforehand so he wouldn’t learn about it from the media. Days before giving birth to her third child her first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente.
“Tom knew that things were serious between Gisele and Joaquim but he never imagined they would be having a child together,” a source told Page Six. “It just wasn’t something that was on his radar. So when Gisele broke the news to him he was stunned, to say the least.”
Tom Brady reportedly had a positive reaction to Gisele Bündchen giving birth to her third child. According to Page Six, he is “happy for the supermodel and wishes her nothing but the best.” He also reached out personally to congratulate her, showing their continued amicable relationship post-divorce.
